IMPORTANT NOTE - MJR Shipping Days - EVRi (ex Hermes) are TUESDAY and FRIDAY's 12:00 Noon - to mimimise our Carbon Footprint - Should customers require other / sooner shipping timescales please CONTACT MJR BEFORE placing any order to establish your preferred method of shipping.

Our UK EVRi (ex Hermes) is the 2nd Class 3-5 day servivce ONLY. Should your require other services please contact us before placing any order. We can therefore look to identify your specific needs. Thank You.

MJR are now able to supply delivery cost estimates to online customers. Add the items to your cart, and proceed through our checkout pages, and you will be given a list of the different options that are available to the country you have chosen on the "Enter Delivery address" form. You do not have to complete an order to be able to see this information.

Customers not living in European Union countries can deduct UK VAT (Value Added Tax) from the total price of the goods. This excludes printed materials such as catalogues and magazines which are exempt from UK VAT.

MJR regret that we are UNABLE to ship PAINTS, GLUES, THINNERS, VARNISH, SOLVENTS or any such based products, outside of the United Kingdom (UK) due to the postal RESTRICTIONS of Royal Mail. Royal Mail will no longer deliver/ship ‘RESTRICTED GOODS’ of this nature over 150ml. These will need to be shipped by courier, which you will need to contact us for shipping rate(s).

Apologies for what may appear to be high costs, however these are the very best from Royal Mail and other couriers, plus actual costs. RM have recently increased their cost base by up to 100% and reduced their insured values, which is seriously affecting us all sadly..! frown Please remember that P & P charges consist of more than just what you see on your label! Items will be carefully wrapped / secured in packages (i.e: boxes cost 40p plus VAT) to ensure a safe delivery (plus my valueable time!). There is also a recognition within the system to distinguish between 'small packet' and 'medium parcel' sizes within the UK. These costs are VARIABLE - From UK 2nd Class, EVRi, Royal Mail, to 1st Class Services too (EVRi, Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, DHL etc.). Choosing the lowest cost courier allows us to be more competitive on our postage charges across the UK and Oversea's (DHL etc.).
